Key Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse range of projects within Alkemist, all while fostering open and positive communication with clients, translators, editors, interpreters, and other partners on a daily basis.
Embrace creativity and innovation in order to take project performance to the next level.
Perform quality assurance checks on all translations before delivering them to the client.
Be a thought leader – stay ahead of the curve by conducting in-depth research and pushing the boundaries of project management practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and break down silos.
Ensure project deliverables are not only on time but set the gold standard for quality.
Be the problem solver – identify and overcome project issues and risks with finesse.
Qualifications:
A Master’s degree in language studies.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, or in a similar role.
Flex your creative muscles and showcase your problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication in Croatian, Slovenian, or Serbian, and in English, as well as interpersonal skills that turn colleagues into collaborators.
Experience in working with CAT tools is not a must, but would be appreciated.
